Outdoor Foam Products

One of the
simplest, yet functional, items I have seen in a long time! In late April Outdoor Foam Products
sent me two of their best-selling products for review—their “Jig Hang” and the
4-hole “Accessory Hang”. Both of
these have self-adhesive backings, and included in the package is the alcohol
prep wipe to prepare the mounting surface.
I used to have
two different types of holders like this before in a few of my boats. I had both the older metal versions and
the hard plastic models, both from other companies. The biggest problem with these older types is, if you run into
it YOU will get cut or at least get a mark.
The plastic ones may break, and the metal ones will, in time, rust or
leave a rusty trail that will stain the boat and carpet where you have it
mounted on your boat.
Well, with Outdoor
Foam Products those worries are over.
These holders are made with medium density foam that is ridged enough
to hold whatever they are supposed to hold, and yet will NOT rust or snap
off. And, best of all, it will not
cut or mark you if you bump into it.
The Jig Hang model has little
inserts in it to hold the hooks so they will not tear the foam over time,
which means these little beauties will last a long time—meaning, a good value
for the money spent! The Accessory
Hang model can hold a little flashlight, pliers, sunglasses, a knife,
etc…just a bunch of different things you might need kept handy. It is really up to you!

All of us who
have fished in boats know what it is like to be searching for our pliers or
our knife, and we at some point in time wished there was something that could

Foam Products has granted that wish.
